Allied services all branches of the military and accepts 100% Military Tuition Assistance for most programs. Whether you are in the Marines, Navy, Air Force, National Guard or Army Reserve (Allied works with the active-duty Army on a reimbursement basis) you can use Tuition Assistance to pay for your career training.
Military Tuition Assistance (TA) is for those service members that are still on active duty and will remain on active duty for the length of their enrolled classes. TA is also available to service members in all branches. One would have to check with their branch to find details about applying and qualifying for this benefit.
Why pay for career training yourself? The military will pay 100% of your tuition expenses! There is nothing standing between you and your future career. Tuition Assistance covers coursework that an active duty member takes during off duty hours. It covers traditional classroom work, distance learning, e-learning and correspondence courses. Tuition assistance covers 100% of the fees for military members that are working for a High School Diploma or equivalency. For those that are working on a college-level education, tuition assistance pays up to $250 per credit hour. Students are capped at $4,500 every fiscal year.
The military member/student does have some responsibility. It is up to them to file for the tuition assistance and to verify the course fees. If the fees are more than $250 per credit hour, he or she must make up the difference. A service member must also purchase any books or additional material for his or her class work.
You can rely on Allied to be your career training partner. We will assist you with the tuition assistance process – from filling out the paperwork to determining your career training path. We understand what service members need from their education and will help you take the first step. Call (888) 501-5221 to get started today.
