Allied's Washington Introductory Real Estate Career Training Program provides you with the real estate and property management training to start your career as a licensed salesperson. Choose to manage property or work in an existing office with the skills to oversee the real estate process. Prepare for your post-military career in as little as 18 weeks and learn anywhere in the world. The program covers two courses: WA Real Estate Salesperson License and Professional Property Management. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be awarded one certificate. Real Estate Salesperson Licensing

Real Estate Salesperson Licensing prepares you to perform real estate tasks as a licensed professional. The material is approved by the Washington Department of Licensing, and designed to provide essential information in a short amount of time. Be ready for the Washington state exam. 100% Tuition Assistance for Active Duty (for most programs)You will learn the principles of real estate with Real Estate Fundamentals training. Your knowledge of real estate theory and concepts will jumpstart your new career.

Professional Property Management

Allied’s Professional Property Management Course provides an in-depth study of the property management field and delves further into the concepts you need to know to start your new career.  From state laws and regulations to different types of properties, you will benefit from your comprehensive knowledge.

This complete course includes 110 hours of education to provide you with everything you need to build your new career. Learn to effectively manage residential and commercial property through 16 comprehensive lessons that prepare you to: maintain tenant relationships, use marketing strategies, create financial statements, handle legal issues, and more. You will be ready to manage apartment buildings, hotels and motels and business complexes as a business owner or member of a property management team.
