Real Estate Salesperson Licensing

Real Estate Salesperson Licensing prepares you to perform real estate tasks as a licensed professional. The material is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and designed to provide essential information in a short amount of time. Be ready for the Texas state exam. You can meet your pre-licensing requirements with Texas Real Estate Principles, Texas Law of Agency, Texas Law of Contracts, Texas Residential Inspection, 100% Tuition Assistance for Active Duty (for most programs) Texas Real Estate Appraisal and Texas Real Estate Finance – and fulfill 210 hours of required real estate education.

Professional Property Management

Allied’s Professional Property Management Course provides an in-depth study of the property management field and delves further into the concepts you need to know to start your new career.  From state laws and regulations to different types of properties, you will benefit from your comprehensive knowledge.

This complete course includes 110 hours of education to provide you with everything you need to build your new career.
