Your comprehensive knowledge will enable you to start your own business as a leading real estate professional. You will have the skills to appraise and inspect residential properties, offering two services vital to the real estate field. Prepare for your post-military career in as little as 18 weeks. Real Estate Appraisal Licensing
Real Estate Appraisal Licensing teaches you the appraisal process from start to finish and enables you to become an expert on property appraisal. The material is approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB),
and provides you with a solid background in real estate appraisal practices and USPAP guidelines. Pass the state appraisal exam and start your career as a licensed appraisal specialist.
Home Inspection
Home Inspection provides you with comprehensive training to conduct thorough and accurate home inspections.
