Allied's Property Manager Career Training Program will give you the property management skills and business knowledge to run an effective business. You will get a thorough understanding of the property management process and how to oversee residential and commercial property. The program covers two courses: Professional Property Management and Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Professional Property Management
Become a trained property manager with Professional Property Management training. You will gain the skills to oversee residential and commercial property through 16 comprehensive lessons that provide practical instruction. Your knowledge of day-to-day operations, leases, tenant relations, marketing, financial analysis, and legal issues will qualify you to oversee apartment buildings, hotels and motels and commercial

Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management
Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management will teach you everything you need to know to start a successful small business. From writing an effective business plan to generating new customers, you will receive the skills to get your business up and running. A solid background of management techniques and financial skills will help you manage a profitable company.
