Real Estate Salesperson Licensing

Real Estate Salesperson Licensing prepares you to perform real estate tasks as a licensed professional. The material is approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), and designed to provide essential information in a short amount of time. Be ready for the Florida state exam. You will learn the fundamentals of real estate with Real 100% Tuition Assistance for Active Duty (for most programs)Estate Principles, Practice and Law training. Your knowledge of real estate theory and concepts will jumpstart your new career.

Professional Property Management

Become a trained property manager with Professional Property Management training. You will gain the skills to oversee residential and commercial property through 16 comprehensive lessons that provide practical instruction. Your knowledge of day-to-day operations, leases, tenant relations, marketing, financial analysis, and legal issues will qualify you to oversee apartment buildings, hotels and motels and commercial businesses. Start you own business, manage your own properties or join an existing property management office.

Professional Career Development

This course provides step by step instruction on how to prepare for the interviewing and job search process. Lesson assignments on conducting a job search, writing a resume and preparing for a job interview are included. You will also learn about the importance of job tracking, networking as well as how to negotiate job offers.
