Allied’s Real Estate Appraisal Career Training Program provides you with the business management skills and appraisal training to start your own real estate appraisal business. The program covers three courses: Real Estate Appraisal Licensing, Professional Career Development and Small Business Management. Your knowledge of appraisal techniques, and business policies and procedures will give you an advantage in the civilian workplace. Start a flexible career as your own boss. Real Estate Appraisal Licensing
Real Estate Appraisal Licensing teaches you the appraisal process from start to finish 
and enables you to become an expert on property appraisal. The material is approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB), and provides you with a solid background in real estate appraisal practices and USPAP guidelines. Pass the state appraisal exam and start your career as a licensed appraisal specialist.
Small Business Management
Small Business Management will teach you everything you need to know to start a successful small business. From writing an effective business plan to generating new customers, you will receive the skills to get your business up and running. This course provides step by step instruction on how to prepare for the interviewing and job search process. Also included in this course is an instructional video which prepares you for the job interview process. It includes hands on practice on the best ways to answer tough job interview questions.
